Invest Securities, the provider of multi-expert investment services of the independent finance company Allinvest, announces today the recruiting of ANNE BELLAVOINE for the position of Assistant Chief Executive.
Responsible for about fifty people, she will have the missions of developing the stockbroker and capitalising on the investments made to strengthen the three pillars of Invest Securities: the primary market, the secondary market and liquidity contracts.
This recruiting follows the strengthening in 2016 of the Invest Securities teams in the areas of new technologies, retailing, luxury goods and the media leading the company to cover 6 sectors and follow more than 120 stocks.
Jean-Emmanuel Vernay explained: “We are very proud that Anne has joined teams. Her experience, her full knowledge of the institutional world, both on the buy-side and sell-side and her deep understanding of primary transactions over the counter, will be valuable advantages to continue to develop Invest Securities and, more widely, to reinforce the synergies within the Allinvest Group.”
ANNE BELLAVOINE replaces Eric d’Aillières in this position. The latter will remain Senior Advisor of the company.
