Invest Securities recruits Anne Bellavoine for the position of Assistant Chief Executive

Invest Securities, the provider of multi-expert investment services of the independent finance company Allinvest, announces today the recruiting of ANNE BELLAVOINE for the position of Assistant Chief Executive.

Responsible for about fifty people, she will have the missions of developing the stockbroker and capitalising on the investments made to strengthen the three pillars of Invest Securities: the primary market, the secondary market and liquidity contracts.

This recruiting follows the strengthening in 2016 of the Invest Securities teams in the areas of new technologies, retailing, luxury goods and the media leading the company to cover 6 sectors and follow more than 120 stocks.

Jean-Emmanuel Vernay explained: “We are very proud that Anne has joined teams. Her experience, her full knowledge of the institutional world, both on the buy-side and sell-side and her deep understanding of primary transactions over the counter, will be valuable advantages to continue to develop Invest Securities and, more widely, to reinforce the synergies within the Allinvest Group.

ANNE BELLAVOINE replaces Eric d’Aillières in this position. The latter will remain Senior Advisor of the company.

 

 

Biography of Anne Bellavoine

A graduate of Sciences Po Paris ECOFI, Anne joined AXA in 1986 as portfolio manager and financial analyst. In 1990, she joined Cheuvreux de Virieu as equity salesperson before joining SG Corporate & Investment Banking in 1995 as institutional salesperson in the cash equity market, responsible for equity sales in France. Chief Executive of SG Securities since 2003, Anne became global manager for equity sales in 2005 and Chairwoman of SG Securities Paris, and then Manager of the Global Equity Flow trading room in Paris in 2009. As from 2010, she worked as FIG banking adviser where she covered, in particular, the French asset management sector for SG CIB. She joined Carmignac Gestion as Marketing Manager and member of the strategic development committee in 2012. Since February 2015, she has assumed the General Management of the finance company, Jacques Cœur. Member of the SFAF, Anne has been a member of the “compliance and conformity” commission for more than 5 years (and is Joint Chairperson).
