MCI opens its capital to EMZ Partners and Indigo Capital

In this transaction, Invest Corporate Finance acted as historic financial adviser to the company and vendors.

The Swiss group MCI reorganises its capital and opens it up to EMZ Partners and Indigo Capital in order to begin a new stage of its development. MCI was supported since 2011 by Iris Capital, joined in 2013 by Edmond de Rothschild Investment Partners, which supported it in its ambitious projects for internationalisation and expansion of its offer of services, notably in digital sectors.

A family Group led by the Tondeur family and its managerial team for 30 years, MCI assists companies, professional associations, learned and institutional societies in their strategy of event communication and the organisation of their congresses.
