We offer you a global solution for the management of your securities with the concluding of a liquidity contract and regular monitoring through financial analysis. We create reporting systems and encourage a privileged relationship with French and foreign investors through turnkey events that we organise for you.

We will be by your side to guide you during all the stages of your stockmarket listing, your increases in capital or during the issues of your hybrid securities. We can also assist you thanks to our licenses for take-over bids, public offers of withdrawal, buyouts, market transfers, etc.

Invest Securities has a middle and back office. Following market operations, we can take on the role of centraliser and take care of the creation of securities with Euroclear, their collection and their exchange in consideration for the payment. We also assist you in the structuring of tax-saving investment vehicles in the framework of the TEPA/ISF (Wealth Tax), Dutreil and IRPP (Income Tax) Laws (Sofica, investment holding company, etc)
