He joined Invest Corporate Finance in early 2017. Before that, he had experience in M&A at Capitalmind and Linkers Mergers and Acquisitions, during which he had the opportunity to work on several corporate sale and purchase operations in the small and mid-cap sectors, in various sectors of activity such as e-commerce, the pharmaceutical industry or scientific instrumentation. He has also had experience in Private Equity funds at H.I.G. Capital, where he worked on investment opportunities in development capital and LBO in mid-cap companies mainly in the raw materials sector.
