Hissani began his career in London in the restaurant business and with an alternative telecommunications operator.
In 2000, Hissani joined Transcapital as a Management Assistant and then moved on to the position of Office Manager where she confirmed her multiple skills in office management, human resources and accounting.
Hissani joined Invest Securities in 2019 as Assistant to the General Secretariat, more particularly in the field of Human Resources.
