Gwenaël has a total of more than 15 years of experience in investment banking. He started her career at Financière de Saint Cyr, an advisory company in mergers and acquisitions, private and stockmarket fund raisings, where he was successively account manager and then manager. During these 5 years, Gwenaël worked in particular on transactions in technological sectors (Internet, IT security) but also industrial sectors (Media, press, textile). In 2006, Gwenaël joined Invest Securities, which is now All Invest. Initially responsible for Equity Capital Market activities, he assisted in the development of the private equity and M&A activities. Gwenaël is currently Managing Partner of Invest Corporate Finance and has carried out more than 30-40 operations including, in particular, stockmarket listings, fund raisings for French Midcaps, sales of industrial groups to family offices, as well as some restructuring operations for listed companies.
