Raphaël has been successively Senior Banker at Transaction R (subsidiary of Rothschild & Cie dedicated to SMEs), Managing Partner of Pinatton and then of Oddo Pinatton Corporate. He has floated more than 100 companies on the stock exchange. Previously founder and manager of Basenix Inc. specialising in technical services for hospitals. Founder of the Paris and Barcelona offices of Translink AG, he carried out more than 130 multi-sector mergers and acquisitions. He joined Invest Securities in 2012, after having been Managing Partner of Mandel Partners since 2008.
