Before joining L’LIONE et Associés as a founding partner, Marc worked at Banque Rothschild and Sophiabail. He is Chairman of Forward Finance and a non-executive director of several companies. He created L’LIONE Finance and was Managing Director of L’LIONE action. In 2016, L’LIONE et Associés merged with Invest Securities Corporate to become Invest Corporate Finance. He has over fifty M&A transactions to his credit.
